You will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style flow. Our focus will be on the basic poses of yoga and will also incorporate poses to help improve our balance.

Recieve a full body stretch as we release tension and let stress melt away. Presented as a gentle Hatha flow, we'll focus on our breathing throughout our poses as we let go of any worries.

Neck & Shoulders

Get Up & Flow

Awaken your bodies with early morning yoga. Come invigorate your mind and body, preparing you for an amazing day!

Detox Flow

This flow stimulates the digestive system through various asanas that include twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs. The purpose of this sequence of poses is to aid in the detoxification of the body.

Full Moon - Lunar Flow

Once a month we will be celebrating the Moon. A mellow, restorative flow to help us wind down our day. This is a cooling class that will help us replenish our vital energy and is beneficial for anyone to relieve stress.

Weight Loss

45 - 60 minutes | $15

All of the poses for this class were chosen to slim and tone our bodies. The class is designed to stimulate the thyroid and the parathyroid to help promote weight loss.

F"ab"ulous Flow

45 - 60 minutes | $15

This class will focus on our core muscles; our abdominal muscles. Designed to build strength and awareness of your core. Each asana is a core strengthening exercise.

Ashtanga Primary Series

45 - 60 minutes | $15

In this class we will work our way through the entire primary series. Starting with the Surya Namaskar (Sun A) series, then the B series and onto the standing positions, then ending with as many of the seated positions as time will allow.

Yoga for Runners

45 - 60 minutes | $15

This class will help to prevent running injuries or to help recover from them by creating strength, stabilitly, and flexibilty.

Tight Ends

45 - 60 minutes | $15

OMG, Becky... This class will focus on our gluteal muscles. Strengthening, toning and shaping your back side.
